Who we are · how we work
About this guide
Dubai School Guide is an independent research register of 169 private schools in Dubai, built for families choosing a school — often from another country. It is not affiliated with KHDA, with any school, or with any government body, and no school can pay to change how it appears.
Methodology
Every KHDA rating shown is reconciled against the regulator’s last full DSIB inspection cycle (2023–24) and its published announcements; full inspections were paused in 2024–25 and 2025–26, and ratings are labelled accordingly. Every school website link is checked against a live domain before publication — where we cannot verify an official site, we show none rather than guess. Fee ranges are drawn from published figures and marked “not listed” where unavailable; locations are verified to district level, with street addresses only where sourced. Confirmed closures are removed the month they are announced.
Every change to the register — additions, corrections, removals — is dated and published on the register updates log. A directory you cannot audit is a directory you cannot trust.
What we never do
No pay-for-placement. No rating, ranking or ordering is ever influenced by a commercial relationship. No school data is generated from guesswork — a missing fact is always published as missing, never invented.
Corrections
Schools and parents: if any fact in your record is wrong or out of date, write to hello@dubaischoolguide.com with a source (an official letter, KHDA record or your official website). Verified corrections are made promptly and logged, dated, on the public updates page.
